Hi Scout Team — Curious if heated seat belts are already planned for the Traveler and Terra at launch?

ZF recently demonstrated that heated safety belts can reduce winter HVAC energy usage by directly warming occupants instead of heating the full cabin — potentially improving cold-weather EV range noticeably: .

Would love to see Scout evaluate this technology for future models — especially for cold-weather and overlanding use cases.

I hope they have a way to turn on only the back heater. I don't like my bum warmed. Feels like I need to take a crap.

And a heated seatbelt sounds really nice. I wonder if they could put an infrared heater in the ceiling of the regular roof more cheaply and easily pointed at your chest and lap.

I’m exactly the same way, I’m always powering the back heater on full throttle and never use the butt warmer 🔥( i ) . I don’t like it. Seems like every other car we’ve had, has had that capability. I really hope that is a feature. I’d pay extra for that, but that’s just me. No steering wheel heater would be a deal breaker

Personally I could care less about cooled seats either 🥶. Never use them. However my wife wouldn’t buy a car without it. Everyone is wired so different. If my wife had fuses I think she‘d blow a few daily.
