Hey did anyone go to this today (5-9-26)?

I was 100% planning on driving up from PDX but I had to take my dog to the hospital this morning and that wiped out any chance of getting there before 2pm. Bummer that they made this such a limited hour event ending so early.

I did. It was an alright time, but seemed more like a hype building tour than anything else. No new information, though the concepts (prototypes?) are massive.

So I’m assuming that the protos were the same white for the Traveler and off-green for the Terra?

Were you able to get right up close and check interior quality? The interior is a big one for me

Correct! The white looked really good imo. We were able to get decently close, though I think it’s still too early to judge interior quality. I did think the interiors were quite nice and had some nice QOL points that we’ve all seen but still liked: the passenger side pull out table, bench seats, etc. Space in the Traveler’s trunk seems a little lacking in my opinion, as well as in the frunk. If I’m going to move from my R1T, I’d be missing a LOT of the storage options and capabilities.
I really wish their website had more actual pictures instead of renders.

You did not miss too much. Interesting to see the vehicles up close, kinda about 3 ft away. I don't know why they won't let you sit in them because they are non working demos. I looked under them and they are just flat panels covering everything. Kinda of interesting seeing the terra on 37s. There is no way they are coming out in 2028, the new bronco had working test vehicles on the road 18 months before the release and Scout doesn't even know where they are going to locate the gas engine yet on the harvester. Best case they go on sale fall of 2028 for a 2029 model year. Hope it gives them time to upgrade battery technology.

yes, the event was great. Fun to see the 2 Scout E Rides and the 12 or so vintage Scouts and their owners outside, and what a gorgeous sunny day at that. I will say All the Scout staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to see the Traveler and the Terra up close, within touching distance The following are my observations:
A. Everything looks and feels( I couldn’t control my hands All the time)very solid and well built
B. Nothing looks out of proportion
C. The Traveler is a big and high feeling rig. You’re going to need a set of running board steps to get in and out to facility not getting your pant leg/calf dirty as it rubs on the rocker panel area. The tires are a great beefy size at 35 with a 22 rim. The proportion of tire size and wheel well is very nice. I didn’t like the hemp wood interior accents until I saw them in person, there nice.
D. The front and rear seating area is very spacious but the back cargo area seemed a tad bit short to me. The flooring material is like a very sturdy brushed felts material. I was told that dog hair just wipes off, she could see the Labrador Retrevore hair on the edge of my jacket, LOL. The Scout rep I spoke with said that the back seat folds forward and lays 100% flat at the level of the back cargo area. Nice if your trying to sleep back there, you’ll be able to stretch out flat and I’m 6’1
E. The Terracotta seats with the charcoal/black accents looked great in person
F. The front and back leg room looked roomy, wish I could have gotten in to see. LOL
G. The bucket seats look Richer than the bench seat (to me) but that is probably just me as I’ve always liked buckets.
H. I talked to the the head of PR and she said we should have more info Q4 or Q1 next year regarding as to what accessories will likely be available and what will be standard equipment. It’ll be nice to run and project what added costs there’ll be to the “Under 60k figure”. Not a perfect cost estimate, as costs and what’s in the “Equipment Packages” can and will change as time Ticks on, but any information if fun to play What If with.
i. The two vehicles were the Silo Green Terra and the Pacific Mist Traveler that has been wrapped in a nice pearl White. I didn’t think I’d like the white but it’s nice. But Pacific Mist is for me, I’ve liked the Mist from the begging.
J. The PR lady said the first Harvester vehicles will be in customer hands 2028.
K. If your putting a Bull bar in front of the Frunk it doesn’t look like you will be able to comfortably sit on the slide out compartment cover as the Bull Bar is a couple inches higher than the compartment cover so it would feel like sitting on a chair with a baseball bat under your legs.
