“Bottom line is you will be able to buy Scout in some states, but not all. This is not a surprise to Scout/VW Group. There is nothing to suggest they are reconsidering DTC sales.”

EXCELLENT reference and informed observations. Live in WI and looks like I will be headed to MN for delivery.’ That is where the closest initial service center will likely be located so no big deal.

QUESTION: can a class action lawsuit referencing/citing many and varied state level laws even function legally?!

When is lawsuit come to trial does anyone know when there will be a ruling seems like it should be slam dunk but why's it taken so long to shake out. And what happens if VW / Audi dealers who usually own both decided to play hardball and draw line in the sand this is not just about Scout this is a NADA fight so tell me why not a quick ruling ?? Maybe because the dealers are also VW investors ?? But if what you state is true great for us but I have my doubts

Only 9.7% of VW shares are floated and I doubt auto dealers hold a substantial share of that. The Porsche-Piëch family owns 53.3% of the voting shares, The State of Lower Saxony owns 20% and Qatar Holdings LLC owns 17%.

You can track any federal case by creating a PACER account.
