VW doesn't want their name to become ( VW / Very Wrong for America ) They haven't been a marketing wizard since diesel gate so I think they fold here a) because it makes financial sense in a time when their loosing money. B) They know the ramifications of losing another big lawsuit and paying huge legal fees.
