Current EV owners: are you sticking with full-EV or switching to EREV Harvester Scout?

Umm no thanks - that EV is a GM built chassis using the Ultium battery.

I looked at the Honda Prologue which is the same guts as the Acura ZDX and after reading thru threads, the app failures, lack of support are concerning.

Then I'd never drive a Chevy Equinox, Blazer, Lyriq, Optiq, Silverado EV !

We knew the return of Scout would be a up hill pull. Will be holding my reservation BUT like many others need something to hold me over until Scout gets some thing sorted out. 2 year lease OR used EV are the most likely options.

Agree same here will wait....

In the meantime, I will keep my Ford Mach E BEV for another year or two since the 3 year subscription packages are expiring soon.

Not happy with the $50/month ADAS Bluecruise feature compared to the $8/month Navigation, live traffic and pre-conditioning features which are worthwhile....

Well I own and drive a Cadillac VISTIQ and love it . Fast comfortable and super cruise is great.

To me for the cost of taking the grandkids to the Golden Arches. I will get an email one day saying it's time to come see , touch and order. Some will say finally others may have found other options. But I look at Scout as a reliable Jeep option with some Swede reclaimed interior design. And ingenuity that will set it apart from its competitors. So I'm looking for an off road capability with highway comfort with all the latest technology and EV Range. So for 100 bucks I'll be excited when I see the invitation to come down to view the Scout models at my neighborhood VW dealer to complete my order. Cause then I get to experience depreciation once again but it's better to experience depreciation than to worry about it you definitely have more toys.

This is great to hear - guess GM fixed those multitude of issues with the Cadillac Lyriq?

I'd consider GM, but our white fleet (government) at work was switched out with Ford as the transportation dept mechanics were having issues with keeping the GM fleet running. Our first EV was the Ford Transit van and our electricians installed a DCFC for each Transit EV.

My wife and I are new to EVs, having purchased a Model Y and Model 3 in 2025. Holding out a bit to make a final decision, but there are very little downsides to owning an EV that effect our lifestyles at all.

So we'll likely go with a full EV setup if the numbers make sense at the time of release.

Yes I've offroaded with Vaughn, the owner of RTR over in Uhwarrie (his shop is between Charlotte where I live and Uhwarrie Mtns). They make some great mods for most Ford models, including my Mach E!

Well my hope is this all shakes out and by end of 28 early 29 Scout has a full EV with great range and updated battery technology along with great software for 70 k

I agree, I want an EV that will stand the test of time. If battery technology gets to an EV mileage range of 400 to 500 mile most of the EREV demand will evaporate. We have an all electric vehicle now and love it, much to my surprise.
