I’m sure it’s amazing (until it rolls over around a corner with the cream-puff suspension), but can’t do fugly.

Besides, if I bought a total Chinese made car she‘d divorce me or at least make me sleep outside for week.

She test drove a new Nautilus 2 years ago. She was thinking about it. Until she learned it was made in China. She dropped that car in 1 second flat. Zero chance. God I love that woman .

I am not buying a Chinese car but the technology can be utilized in American cars. What we should learn is from those who are advanced and not look at where the idea came from that's why we're currently behind where we were once the pioneers. Old minds don't bring new ideas !!!

I think that's why we're going to see GM , Ford etc align with Chinese companies to integrate their advancements into American vehicles which must be a great achievement on China's end they are winning the long game because our government can't move forward. Look how long it's going to take Scout to become a reality. And it's not if EV's are the future it's already proven in other countries. There is data. Me personally hope Scout comes to market in late 2028 / 29 and it has all the available advancements and battery technology if it does I'll buy one if not I guess it's a cpo Cadillac Escalade IQ probably get a low mileage one for 70 k with CPO warranty they currently have 450 miles of range even with battery degradation it's worth it.

That wasn’t much a teaser .

Nissan wanted the design of the Fisker Alaska truck. But nooooooo, Fisker wanted too much control (he and his wife were as big of control freaks as they were snake oil salespeople) and blew their chances of saving Fisker in every way possible. I was pondering the chances of some sort of new Nissan looking remotely like the Alaska now that Fisker went down the . It would have been cool looking.

I don't know if I could ever have a Hyundai in my garage I got turned off from them early always thought they were copy cats and their service networks are nothing I hear good things. About. But like Kia their sister company they hit a price point that makes them desirable. But no free loaners at service or pick up or drop offs that some may be accustomed to.
