I think Scout has a high chance of being built with union UAW workers Tenn sets the precedence and VW in Germany is Union so just add inflation cost of living increases 4% each year 70 k is a realistic number for Scout buyers

It looks like engineering is developing frames to incorporate power packs as structural integral parts. BMW new IX3 , Volvo EX90 what's this mean they are anticipating future battery packs size regardless of chemistry the compartment within the frame will have a space capable of smaller and larger batteries that can be removed and replaced in minutes. Google battery swap / Nio you'll see where automotive design is heading. So Scout can build their electric truck and put the older or newer chemistry battery packs in the frame's housing. So to me I'm waiting and hoping for a 500 mile EV version in 2028

My thoughts exactly. Not happy to wait till 2028…2029 as I want a Traveler
