Your math has to be off. The Ultium truck platform has a 212Kwh battery and they go in the mid 400 miles, in a vehicle much bigger and heavier than the Scouts. My estimate, purely speculation based on nothing more than noggin math comparing other vehicles, is 150kwh battery pack in BEV trucks...

you say that, but those processes will take years. Don’t be surprised if there are several states without direct sales for a few years. In NC, Rivian owners have to go back out of state for large service items (VA and GA). Smaller service tickets can be handled via mobile service.
